- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Grim. Abrupt and judgemental reception staff, disorganised and unkept air about the staff and the building - which felt like you'd just walked into someone's front room and was being barked at through the serving hatch by some grumpy women. After I was harshly handed a form to complete I took a right turn into what looked like a scene Beetlejuice (80's movie) - I asked how late they expected my appointment to be having been told they were behind and I heard them all whispering and giggling and they came up with some random made up response of 'about ten minutes'. I made it clear that I had another appointment to keep, namely work, and they tried to assure me it would nonmore than fifteen minutes. I saw the list with names on, including mine and the delay scribbled next to it was 45minutes plus! Then I overheard another patient talking about her delay being an hour... I had no intention of staying after the initial experience I have described but that was that, I dumped the form back on the serving hatch and walked out.
