  Xavier has been treating my neck and back after i was hurt in a car accident. Immediately i started feeling better. I decided to carry on with sports massages after my 6 week treatment due to my work. Xavier is very professional and a lovely Gentleman. Highly recommend him and the centre.

  I tore my Achilles playing football, Xavier has been fantastic and with his Physio and excellent guidance I'm now fully recovered and now have the knowledge to try to prevent the injury in the future. We care Physio are excellent and highly recommended.

  Brilliant service very professional and very friendly would definitely recommend that if you need this kind of treatment that you use these Came to here after having been knocked off a motorcycle. I had treatment elsewhere before but had minimal effect. When I started treatment here my lower back was in a chronic condition and day to day activities where hard and things like my main hobby fishing where not even thinkable of doing now I have very minimal ache from time to time and have started going fishing again and that isn't causing any issues so back to practically normal but have decided that I will continue to come once a month just to make sure the pain doesn't raise its head again
